Mary A. Niblack, is a recognized entrepreneur and business manager known for crafting the strategic vision to achieving business goals. As Past President and Co-Owner of one of Colorado’s largest commercial glass companies for 28 years at Skyline Glass, Mary has a reputation for judicious use of resources, cost-containment, operations, and marketing to the success of the company performance.
During her career, Mary served as Deputy Clerk to the Board at Douglas County Government for 9 years and several years as Vice President of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. As a previous publisher and corporate event management company owner, Mary brings a vast experience producing organized events that gained national awareness.
Mary was raised by a family believing on the importance and fulfillment of volunteerism, which she says is part of her soul. As a former Board member of the Girl Scouts, CATCO) the Castle Rock Clean Air Transportation, Mary also served on many non-profit committees for the Chamber of Commerce, International Events Managers Association, Business and Professional Women’s groups, and Chair of the Catholic Women’s Luncheon Series.
Mary’s education included her studies at Regis College and Colorado Technical College, certifications from the Chamber Institute and Institute of Banking.
Mary and her fifth generation Colorado native husband have been married for 38 years, with 35 years of those years in Douglas County. They have two daughters, and four grandchildren.
