Pamela Jenkins is a financial and business management executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and operations for banks, non-profit organizations, and non-profit boards.
During her career, Pamela has fulfilled leadership roles as financial officer of a national professional membership association, controller of a large Colorado community foundation, and senior vice president of a local community bank. Having retired from full-time corporate employment, Pamela is an independent management consultant and trainer.
A long-time community volunteer, Pamela has served on advisory boards for the Douglas County School District and the Castle Rock Economic Partnership. She is also a past board member, treasurer, and chairperson for the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the board of directors for the Douglas Elbert Task Force.
Pamela earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.
Pamela and her husband Leonard, both Colorado natives, have been married for 38 years, with 30 of those years spent in Douglas County. They have two sons, and six grandchildren.
