2026 DCCF Nonprofit Symposium: Collaborative Impact
DCCF’s 2nd Annual Symposium – Collaborative Impact – will be an educational and inspiring event tailored to Douglas County nonprofits and their community of supportive donors and businesses. Attendees will be able to choose from engaging Nonprofit Toolbox sessions with information on Understanding Finances, Colorado Gives Fundraising, and Grant Writing. Other sessions will include How to Engage Professional Services and Strategic Partnerships.

Session 1: Nonprofit Toolbox - Fundraising Campaigns (Roundtable with leaders who have run successful campaigns such as Colorado Gives, Capital, and Galas)
Session 2: Nonprofit Toolbox - Grant Writing (Hear from DCCF Executive Director, Kirsten Swanson-Moore, about writing a successful grant both locally and statewide)
Session 3: Nonprofit Toolbox - Understanding your Financials (Learn from experts about how to better understand your budgets, where to make cuts, and how to use software and consultants to get your organization in good standing)
*Session 4: Strategic Partnerships (Hear from top strategic players in Douglas County, learn how to work together to created intentional and mutually beneficial partnerships)
*Session 5: Strategic Philanthropy (Hear from top philanthropists in Douglas County, learn how to understand the donor mindset and trends in giving)
*Sessions are geared towards more advanced nonprofits
COLLABORATIVE IMPACT will kick off with check-in and a light breakfast at 8AM followed a brief opening talk and our panel/sessions. We will close out the day hearing from our keynote speaker, ending at 2PM.
