Micki Clark
With a career spanning executive leadership, real estate development, nonprofit management and public policy, Michella (Micki) Clark brings decades of strategic vision and community impact to the Douglas County Community Foundation Board of Directors. As a CEO and entrepreneur, she led sales and marketing initiatives that generated more than $3 billion in real estate sales across 100-plus development projects in 15 countries and 16 states, serving globally recognized brands including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Hyatt, and Westin.
Beyond her business accomplishments, Micki has dedicated much of her career to strengthening communities. As former CEO of the Cherokee Ranch & Castle Foundation, she transformed the organization through strategic planning, financial stewardship, expanded partnerships, and innovative programming that enhanced its long-term sustainability and community reach.
A longtime advocate for Douglas County, she played a leading role in successful voter-approved initiatives that have preserved thousands of acres of open space, expanded parks and trails, and protected the Douglas County's historic and natural resources. Most recently, she helped lead the 2022 extension of the county's Open Space Sales and Use Tax, securing funding for conservation and recreation for future generations.
Micki holds a BFA from the University of Colorado, an MBA from the University of Denver, and completed executive studies in International Real Estate Development at Harvard Business School.
